All we need is your current e-mail address attached to your pet's account at our clinic and we will be able to provide you with your pet's up to date records!
You will have access to each of your pet's individual records, including: appointments, an overview of your pet's visit, vaccine records, lab results, prescriptions and so much more! You will also be able to request updates to your general information and be able to notify of us of address or phone number changes, name changes to you or your pet, etc.
